• You may customize your watch with initials or a short message on the watch face.
• All customization details must be accurately provided at the time of order.
• Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, modifications cannot be made.

2. Engraving and Personalization

• We will reproduce the engraving/message as specified by you.
• We do not accept responsibility for typographical errors or misspellings provided by you.
• Custom engraved watches are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
• Names of celebrities are not permitted unless expressly authorized by the celebrity or their authorized representatives. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that may infringe upon third-party rights. Use of celebrity initials or names without permission may result in legal action.

3. Payment

• Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order.
• We accept payment through credit/debit card, net banking and upi

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed.
• Responsibility for lost or delayed packages rests with the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Customized watches are generally non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
• Please inspect your watch upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if there’s an issue.

• Ensure that all customization details are correct before submitting your order.
• You confirm that all personal information provided is accurate.

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs, trademarks, and branding remain the property of DFZ.
• You agree not to reproduce or distribute customized content without authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred through the use of
• our products beyond the purchase price.

9. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Indian Jurisdiction.
