• Clean the watch regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove any dirt or dust.
• please ensure that the crown is always pushed in and screwed down tightly to maintain its water resistance.
• Store the watch in a cool, dry place when not in use to prevent damage from moisture or humidity.
• Avoid dropping or knocking the watch against hard surfaces to prevent scratches or other damage.
• If the watch is required to replace a battery, have it replaced by a professional watchmaker when needed to ensure proper function.

Warranty & Return Information:

• The invoice is our warranty card.
• We offer a 1-year warranty.
• Only manufacturing defects and movement malfunction is covered under the warranty.
• Damage from accidents, misuse and water damage is not covered under the warranty.
• Proof of purchase is required for warranty eligibility.

Return Information:

Due to the personalized nature of customized watches, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you receive a defect watch, you can inform us via email within 7 days of receiving your order, we will arrange pick up and repair or replace the defected parts or watch.
